If you’ve been wondering how to open your own successful restaurant franchise, Rascal House is here to take the guesswork out of the process. We want to be transparent with our prospective franchisees, so we’re giving you an inside look at exactly what goes into awarding a Rascal House franchise.
STEP 1: INDEPENDENT RESEARCH
Do some reading on the industry and what options are available. We think you’ll be impressed by what Rascal House has to offer. When you’re ready to learn more about how to open your own Rascal House franchise, get in touch with us!
STEP 2: INITIAL CONVERSATIONS
We’ll touch base to learn more about each other: we’ll give you some of the most important information about our brand, and we’ll learn more about your background and your interest in starting a Rascal House franchise. If it seems like we’d be a good fit, we’ll move on to the next step.
STEP 3: LEARNING MORE
We’ll provide you with a copy of our franchise disclosure document (FDD) so that you can review the investment and our policies in detail. The FDD is especially important because it lets you know exactly what you can expect from us, and what we’ll expect from you. You’ll have at least two weeks to review the FDD, and in that time we’ll also do some checking into your background to ensure you’re professionally and financially well-qualified to make the investment.
STEP 4: SIGNING THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
When we all officially decide to move forward, you’ll sign the franchise agreement, indicating (among other things) that you’ve read and agreed to the FDD. Your $39,500 initial franchise fee will be due at the time you sign your agreement, and then we can officially get started towards opening your new business!
STEP 5: PREPARING FOR OPENING
A few different things go into this preparation. You and a few trusted members of your team will attend your initial 6-8-week training, where you’ll learn exactly how to start your Rascal House franchise off strong. Then, we’ll work with you one-on-one to get your store ready for opening by assisting you as you look for a location, implement our targeted marketing programs, and find a qualified staff to help you provide excellent service from the start.
STEP 6: GRAND OPENING AND BEYOND
Our support doesn’t end when you open your doors. Once we’ve taught you how to open and operate a Rascal House franchise, we’ll help you keep things running by providing you with a number of crucial resources. As a Rascal House franchisee, you will always have access to our proprietary systems, procedures, resources and technologies custom built to our business. We’ll help you set goals for sustainable growth and will provide you with guidance as you strive to meet them. We understand that your success is good for our entire brand, so we’ll continue to stay by your side as you grow.
